What Problems Does the 2011 Volvo V50 Have?
How long will the 2011 Volvo V50 last?
What Technology & Safety Features are Included?
In terms of crash-test ratings, the Volvo V50 typically performed well. Check the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) and NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) websites for specific crash test ratings for the 2011 model year. Volvo has always prioritized safety, so the V50 generally offered good occupant protection in collisions. However, remember that safety technology has advanced significantly since 2011, so modern cars offer a higher level of protection. How Does the 2011 Volvo V50 Compare to Other Passenger Sedan?
Regarding features, the V50 offered a good balance of standard and optional equipment, although its technology was less advanced compared to newer models from its rivals. Reliability-wise, the V50 has a decent reputation, but some owners report higher maintenance costs compared to the Mazda3.
Price-wise, the V50 typically fell in the middle of the pack. As alternatives, the Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen offers a similar blend of practicality and performance, while the Mazda3 provides a more engaging driving experience and potentially lower running costs. The Audi A3 is a good choice for those seeking a more luxurious option. Consider the specific needs and priorities when comparing these models.

Still new experienceI've only owned the car a little over a month. It is a 2015 not 2011. This is my 3rd Volvo. I purposely seeked out this car and found one in great condition with low miles. I went from a Dodge Ram 1500, and even though I love my truck, this wagon has more pleasantries and appointments to offer. The only draw back thus far is sitting low and not being able to see over and around the vehicles in front. Other than that, and two it being relatively new to me, I'm in love.

V50 - Amazing vehicle! This car has been magnificent. I bought it almost 8 years ago and had relatively extremely low out of pocket cost. With 227HP it accelerates beautifully, handles like a dream - no complaints. I've found it pretty comfortable and aesthetically ? a winner.

Amazing Car Handles great just feel's safeOverall I traded a volvo 2010 all-wheel drive in for this replacement. The s40 suffered an accident and i got the R-design V50 to replace it. Picks up better then the s40 handleing is ultra responsive and the xeonon headlights light up anything in sight. Trunk space is huge and option of a roof box or ski racks on top is a great option and backseat is very roomy even for adults. Stereo system is also amazing great sound quality and bass no need to get the uprgraded sound system avalible and the pick-up is extremley fast and I feel confident on all merges yields ect...I would highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a nice mid-size car option. Wagons are definatly back in style, volvo hit the bullseye on this one!
