So fun, but well made tooLove it! Powerful engine, cute appearance, hard convertible top. Back seat is small but it’s still nice to have the option of fitting more passengers. Very limited trunk space. Perfect for summer days and is very well-made and designed.

2008 VW EOS VR6 3.2Such a fun car to drive and own. The key to carefree ownership regarding the hardtop convertible roof is to properly maintain the roof seals with Kritox lubricant several times a year. The VR6 3.2 engine upgrade has been very reliable through 38,500 miles thus far.

Absolute Love my EOSThis car was the last birthday gift my husband bought me before getting sick and passing from brain cancer. It was purchased used from Carmax in 2014 with only 26K. I now have over $125k on it and it’s still going strong! My dog and I have been traveling in it for the last couple years. I get all the recommended maintenance done which unfortunately isn’t ever cheap and it usually costs more than what the cars value shows it’s worth. Overall though sooo worth it!!

Dealer gummed the motor to conceal a leakI love my car, but it has spent more time in the shop than my yard or on the road. When my mechanic opened the motor, he took pictures of the goop around the seal that concealed the leaks from a blown seal. I won't have it back for several more days. Will hear Wednesday if the seal is all or if the motor must be rebuilt.

MOST FUN IVE EVER HAD DRIVING!!!This car, a hard top auto convertible, was always a dream of mine! The brands that offered this style were always way too expensive. One day, I came across a picture of a Volkswagen EOS and that was it! I had to have one. It was the only hard top convertible made and priced to be accessible to more customers over the more expensive names. Well, I bought one and I have to say I was so impressed by the detail and comfort. The performance was great! I couldn’t believe how quickly it accelerated. It is a very unique and awesome car. Just wish I didn’t have to let her go but an expanding family needs room for a car seat.

A nice hardtop convertibleI purchased this as a secondary vehicle and really like how quickly the top folds into the trunk. It handles very well on turns and the ride is smooth.

Stying, powerful and best of all you can have a hardtop for rainy weather, sunroof whenever and then automatic convertible can be used almost year-round in the valley- I even drove it in the winter to the Tahoe with the top down heater blasting. So sad they are not making it any more
