The Good
The 2022 Hyundai Palisade excels in comfort and design, offering a luxurious interior and smooth ride. It provides excellent value for money, with a long list of features at a competitive price. For practical buyers, its reliability and spaciousness are appealing, while emotional buyers appreciate its stylish design and premium feel, even if performance and efficiency are not class-leading.
The Bad
Some reported weaknesses of the 2022 Hyundai Palisade include potential issues with the transmission or electrical systems. The fuel economy isn't the best in its class. While generally reliable, be aware of potential recalls or TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) addressing specific concerns. Hot TakeWe have owned our 22' Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I'm not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

Car constantly sounding shocking alarmsThis car has so overdesigned for "safety" that it is dangerous. The automatic parking break causes dangerous situations when trying to pull into traffic when it decides to not disengage. The loud and sudden lane change warnings are shocking and cause driver to pause when that is a greater danger. And many more needless features that are more dangerous and annoying than helpful. I hate this car!

Wonderful comfort and ride!My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

WE LOVE THE 2022 PALISADE!Love this car!! Couldn't recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob βΒ gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I'd buy this again for sure!!!

A very good 3 row SUV but IIHS side impact poor. With IIHS side impact rating the structure and safety cage is only Marginal and driver injury of Poor for Pelvis injury the Palisade disappoints. Safety is very important to me, it comes first for my Family. It was good to see other 3 row SUVs did very well.

Best luxury valueThe Calligraphy trim is comparable to much more expensive luxury cars at a lower cost, with better warranty and more practical. I'd buy it again any day.
