Most fun car i’ve driven by farAbsolutely love this vehicle. Bought it used with 102,000 miles and it runs like a charm. Very zippy and fun. I’ve driven lots of cars and this one is definitely the most fun automatic vehicle I’ve driven. Lots of looks when the top is down too. Only things holding this vehicle back from a 5 star rating are that the wheels sometimes spin out on me for seemingly no reason and the top does occasionally leak a few drops here and there when a big storm hits. Would I recommend this car though? Absolutely.

Love this carSuch a cool car. Sun roof, and Hard-top convertible. Top folds into trunk and kids love to watch it do it. Very sporty interior and exterior. Even though winters are pretty mild here, I love using the seat warmer. Great acceleration.

VW Eos: Lots to love, and a few glitches.Bought this car because I wanted a fun convertible for the short Michigan summers, but needed something reliable for the looong Michigan winters. I've had many VW's, so I'm familiar with their quirks and this looked like a good choice. First year out for the Eos, has the belted turbo 2.0 4-cylinder, some wear and tear but nothing too bad. Very good performance and mileage from the smaller engine, glad I passed on the V6. It will squeak the tires on 1st, and there's a nice shove in the lower back when the turbo spools up. I hunted for a 6-speed stick, love a manual trans, and this will pull to 60 in 3rd. 80 is a very comfortable cruise, 90 is easy, haven't had the guts to go faster (yet). It had 87K miles when I got it, but is one of the most stable and solid cars I've ever owned. Cannot fault the performance or the ride. Interior is very comfortable, I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs, have to move the seat forward to reach the pedals effectively. Plenty of room for two. A small back seat for kids, but not much more. Enough bells and whistles to make anyone happy. Front-engine, Front wheel drive, Traction control, Stability control. Researching good winter tires, but should be as good as the very similar Golf in the snow, and they're great if you get the right tires on them. The big parlor trick though is the retractable hard top. Tight, dry and warm in the wet, but when you open that thing up on a nice day.....it is absolutely glorious. The combination of open air, performance, comfort and solid feel is quickly making this car my all-time favorite, and for the fist time in years I look for excuses to go driving around the countryside. Downside: small trunk (when the top is down), small back seat (not a family car), and the need to apply proper lube to all the seals around the top to keep them soft and working correctly. The car is very complicated, and things will go wrong, but so far they've been minor. But there's no question that the fun-factor outweighs all the negatives. Very nice car, great fun.

Great little convertible!!Love it- great on gas- love the top down, plenty of room in the back for two adults, too. Pleasant surprise that is has 6 cd changer.

Fun car with great styling2nd one I've owned. Purchased this for my daughter to commute to work and school. Fun to drive, especially with the top down. Love the styling and performance. All the bells and whistles and the quality you expect from VW. Had a few issues that the dealer fixed immediately. All fixed and drives great! Love this car (so does my daughter!)
