Best Car I’ve Ever OwnedWe bought our 2004 Solara from the Toyota dealership (used) in 2005. I use it exclusively and it is the best car I have ever owned. It has never let me down, never had any problems beyond normal wear and tear. As noted by other reviewers, the seat is not the most comfortable but I was able to solve that problem with a small back cushion that fills in the lower back gap. Gas mileage is good, sound system great, and it’s still a fine looking car. I’ve had it rust-proofed and there are no serious issues in that department. I have a great mechanic who does twice-yearly maintenance on it, and I’ve had she usual run of wear and tear fixes, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary. If you find one on the used car market, snap it up. Mine is now 20 years old and it is not for sale.

Love her!! She’s my baby yodaI have had my Solara for 5 years now and I absolutely love my car. She has get up and go! The only issues I have with the car is the chipping clear coat on the hood. And the dash is cracking. But both things are normal for the year make model. Mine is a 2004 Toyota Solara 3.3v6. She has 210500 miles and still runs perfect

Most reliable car on the market.Economical, reliable transportation for entire family. In 16 years of service only had normal wear problems (tires, brakes). Excellent styling of this car invariably turns heads of people in je3llybean-shaped cars.

Very reliable carThis car has never given me any major issues. Just normal maintenance the entire time I've owned it It's not the most comfortable car but it definitely gets the job done. The sound system is pretty good. Lots of bass

Sports car feel, this Solara is quick & responsiveAlways garaged, never smoked in. Excellent condition, maintained by Master Mechanic since 2011 (Records). To/from work car averaged 30 MPG overall. Good tires & brakes; major tune-up last Jan. Good sound from radio & tape deck (CD stuck in player). Normal wear/aging, both exterior and interior have held up quite well overall. Minor scratches in paint - no dings/dents. Interior is comfortable. Sports car handling, in-line 4-cyl has remarkable pep. Fun to drive and a rare beauty!

One of my favorite cars I've owned!Other than it being a 2 door coupe, I really loved the car. So many options, roomy, comfortable, and it rarely had any major problems. Just take care of it well, and you'll definitely get a lot out of it.
