The Good
The 2013 Honda Ridgeline offers a comfortable ride and surprisingly nimble handling for a pickup. Honda's reputation for reliability is a major draw. Its unique design and clever features like the In-Bed Trunk appeal to emotional buyers. Practical buyers appreciate the comfortable cabin, decent fuel economy (for a truck), and strong resale value. It delivers a blend of truck utility and car-like refinement.
The Bad
The 2013 Honda Ridgeline's weaknesses include its lower towing capacity compared to traditional body-on-frame trucks. Its fuel economy, while decent, isn't class-leading. The styling can be polarizing. Potential buyers should watch out for potential rust issues, especially in areas with road salt, and ensure the rear differential fluid has been regularly changed to prevent issues.

Purchase the Ridgeline used.Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

Very great pickupI have 389,xxx miles and it still runs just fine. One thing I've noticed is some electrical issues with the driver side window switch and the interior button lights are only halfway working and tend to go completely out but will come back on if I switch the headlight knob off & back on. I love the 2-way open tailgate & bed trunk.

Very good truck.I bought this truck used, not even really wanting it to begin with. But after driving a few other vehicles that I wanted first, I am really glad I got this instead. It has even a better feel than most cars I have ridden in. It doesn't have the bulky body roll when going around corners. I do wish the bed was a little bigger. But I really like the hidden trunk.

2013 Ridgeline Sport with 114,600 milesAfter owning 11 Honda's/Acura's over the past 25 years, when I needed a pickup, my choice was a 7 year old Ridgeline Sport with 3 previous owners and 114,600 miles. This truck was absolutely the best choice for a previously owned vehicle. I have uses it as a truck, hauling just about everything, and it lives up to the durability of the Honda pedigree.

Drives like an SUV. Comfortable, reliable, usefulI love this pickup... it's not just very practical and reliable, it's safe, fun to drive, and attractive also. It never let me down, and I was easily able to tow small U-Haul trailers.

Very reliable and dependable vehicle! This car is by far the most versatile Ive ever owned! It is a family car, an off road vehicle, a road-tripping car, a beach cruiser, and a city commuter - all in one. I have used it for all of the above mentioned, and havent been happier.

MY THIRD RIDGELINEI HAVE OWNED AN 06.08, AND NOW A 2013 RTL. LOVE THES TRUCKS. I TOW A 3500 24 FT KEYSTONE PASSPORT CAMPER. GO TO MOUNTAINS AND THE OBX, NO PROBLEM. I FIND HIGHTEST GAS IS BEST FOR TOWING MY CAMPER. I GET 10 MPG INSTEAD OF 7MPG TOWING AND MORE POWER. OTHERWISE I USE REG. GAS 23 ON THE ROAD.
