The Good
The 2024 Impreza boasts standard all-wheel drive, enhancing its appeal for practical buyers seeking secure handling in diverse conditions. Subaru's reputation for reliability offers peace of mind. The comfortable interior and updated design add emotional appeal. The RS trim offers a more potent engine for driving enthusiasts. Good fuel efficiency and a competitive price solidify its value proposition.
The Bad
While improved, the base engine can feel underpowered for some drivers. The continuously variable transmission (CVT), while efficient, isn't to everyone's taste. Infotainment systems in previous generations have received criticism, so evaluating the 2024 system is key. Road noise can be noticeable at highway speeds. Resale value, while generally good, can be affected by high mileage.

How Does the 2024 Subaru Impreza Compare to Other Sedan?
In terms of price, the Impreza is generally in line with its competitors. If AWD isn't a priority, the Mazda3 offers a more premium feel and sharper handling. The Civic Hatchback is a well-rounded alternative with excellent fuel economy and a spacious interior. The Toyota Corolla Hatchback provides exceptional reliability and standard safety features. The Hyundai Elantra GT offers a compelling value proposition with a long warranty. The Impreza's AWD is its key differentiator, making it ideal for those needing all-weather capability.

I love my new 24 Impreza black hatchback very slickI love my new 24 Impreza black hatchback very slick looking car and drives like a dream. Big shout out to Wilsonville Subaru for helping me get a deal done on getting this car. Daniel Ramirez Cruz was very helpful especially and thoughtful of my time and what I wanted in looking for a vehicle.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans,Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Good for the moneyNice car for the price. Spacious inside. Little low to the ground, but otherwise great value. Has a good amount of bells and whistles for a base model
