The Good
The 2014 Volvo XC60 offers a comfortable and composed ride, appealing to practical buyers. Its elegant Scandinavian design and reputation for safety evoke an emotional connection. Performance is adequate, and while not the most fuel-efficient, it presents reasonable value. Reliability is generally good, contributing to peace of mind.
The Bad
Some potential weaknesses include the infotainment system, which can feel dated compared to competitors. The XC60's fuel economy isn't class-leading. 2014 Volvo XC60 Prices and Market Value
The XC60 has depreciated significantly over time. Factors affecting resale value include mileage, condition, maintenance history, and trim level. Models with lower mileage, a clean title, and complete service records will command higher prices. Demand for SUVs also influences resale value. Volvo's reputation for safety helps to maintain some value, but it generally depreciates more than some of its competitors.

8 years and still rolling without a hitch.8 years later we still love this vehicle. We plan on driving it until it goes to the junk heap. The dealership in Edmonton is excellent and this is an SUV made for cold Alberta winters. Volvo makes a great realiable car.

Excellent carUnderstated, classy, comfortable, great looking. My favorite car I have ever owned. We have owned several Toyota's, Honda's; VW's, etc. prior. Fun to drive; versatile in all weather conditions.

Oil Leak Problems Every few Months, Low Oil LightVery disappointed, very unreliable, oil has leaked every few months to lo level light comes on, costly and time consuming. Originally a dealer told us it was normal for it to leak more than the older ones, which I knew was a lie to began with. Since then low level light comes on every few months or more often, replaced an oil booster pump in 2018, AC compressor in 2018, and now radiator in 2019. Oil light on again. Worst maintenance nightmare we have ever owned.

Handles snow, ice, sleetThis is my first Volvo, which I purchased for safety reasons after I was the victim of a bad car accident in my Mercedes SUV. This XC60 is amazing for bad road conditions and is fun to drive to the mountains in snowy conditions for skiing. The safety ratings are high, and it handles well for a powerful crossover.

Comfortable, full of safety features! All around has enough technology but not too much. I can configure dashboard to show numerical speed instead of a dial speedometer. It came with winter package, heated front and rear seats, heated windshield, steering wheel, outside mirrors and washer nozzles. Also has AWD witha 6 cylinder engine. It?s sporty but not as agile as an Audi Q5. It has over 100,000 miles and drives like new!

We Love Our XC60For our family of 7 (2 parents, 1 kid, 4 dogs), it's the perfect combination of style, safety, performance, and value. It takes us in comfort on car trips, with our bikes to our favorite trails, and gets the dogs to the groomer.

Best Car I've ever ownedI can't keep up with all the bells and whistles that come with this car. Keyless entery, push button start, voice actuation. I never have to take the key out of my pocket, start it, lock it, open lift gate even when locked. Too many features to list. Even got a free trip to Sweden to get it along with 2 weeks of road insurance to drive Europe before shipping it free to the states.
