The Good
The 2013 GT-R offers exhilarating performance and surprisingly good reliability for its class. Its aggressive design evokes a sense of power and speed. While not luxurious, it provides decent comfort for a sports car. The GT-R delivers exceptional value, offering supercar performance at a lower price point. Practical buyers appreciate its all-weather capability and relative ease of maintenance.
The Bad
Weaknesses of the 2013 GT-R include a somewhat dated interior design and firm ride quality. Some owners have reported transmission issues, particularly with hard launches. High maintenance costs, especially for tires and brakes, are also a concern. Listen for any unusual noises from the transmission during a test drive. Watch out for modifications, as they can affect reliability.

What Problems Does the 2013 Nissan GT-R Have?
Some owners have reported issues with the front differential. Check for any unusual noises or vibrations during test drives. The 2013 model year has had a few recalls, primarily related to fuel leaks and airbag inflator issues. Check the vehicle's VIN with the NHTSA to ensure all recalls have been addressed. It is the best performance for your money. This car will out perform many car cost twice the money. It is reliable and many of the maintenance can be done yourself. Because it is a Nissan you fine parts in your local auto parts store, ext, a oil filter can be found and you buy bigger oil filter ( more filtration). this car is also the best sleeper-car and only the true motor head knows you have a super car.

Supercar performance, with everday civilityPurchased the GT-R as it was is my dream car, and have been surprised how livable it is on an everyday commute. The bluetooth module does leave a little to be desired, but that's moreso a gripe of it being dated compared to current bluetooth design(s). Rear seats are really just for decoration, primarily due to the low-slung roof-line and rear window. Incredible pick-up, confidence, and control!
