Neglecting maintenance can exacerbate existing problems and lead to more significant repairs over time. Overall, while the Azera offers good value, potential buyers should be aware of these common problems and perform a thorough inspection before purchasing.

My 2006 Hyundai Azera is a very good car.My 2006 Hyundai Azera is a very good car. It is smooth and reliable and runs fine using regular gas. The Front end makes weird noises going over rough roads sometimes. The cars drives ok but the city gas mileage is absolutely horrible! This car is an absolute gas guzzler with the 3.8 v6 engine but so far very reliable. The rear of the car screams luxury car but the front of the says HYUNDAI all the way!

Hyundei azera 2006 limited oil leak alternator faiLoved the power of this car, when it's running... Once a year for the last 4 yrs. The seemingly Unfixable valve cover gasket leaks into the alternator shutting everything down, Alternator oil soaked car completely dies 65mph no power steering on highway. Im Getting rid of the car junking it!!

Owned one for 12 yr, could improve suspensionI have owned a 2006 limited for 12 yrs, I never had any major issues., there were minor issues such as the sunscreen breaking and some suspension issues (weird noises) I recently bought a 2008 limited with full options. It has similar suspension noises. I thought they fixed that issue with insulators. It is still a very comfortable car to drive though. If there is one thing they could improve is the quality of the finish of the interior. The "wood" clear finish on the steering wheel flakes over time, and the door cards wear under heavy duty.

Is really is a great reliable carCar still looks new runs great ! I do yearly maintenance on the car send it in replace what it's needs so it's basically only been maintaining the car yearly and regular oil changes and detailing the car twice a year . Still adds up to a lot less than a car payment. Now have 127,000 miles still runs great was thinking of buying new car but I love the car so much I'm keeping it .
