Great economic car. I didn't realize it's a sports car, so insurance seems steep but car works great. Reliable. Very attractive appearance. Holds lots of groceries in back hatchback. Getting into and out of car difficult due to low overhead, and if wearing a bun impossible to get in or out of doorway. Hard to buckle seat belts and seats uncomfortable after long drives out of state. Overall, this car is give a strong 7. But, I'm use to newer corvette, and Chevy or dodge trucks with v-8 and lots of comfort, power and room. This was my try at an economical car. I've had it for 1.5 years but thinking of getting a truck. Too low to ground for me. Im a very large woman so need more space and comfort. Probable more suited to a younger man or woman as it has eye appeal for sure and stereo, lights, design all cool

I liked everything about the car with the exception of the delayed startup of the entertainment/GPS/backup camera system. You started the car strapped yourself in put the car in reverse and no warning lines would appear. Then you put it in drive and the backup camera would stay on. After a block or 2 it would become normal.

This Hyundai has been nothing but a trouble car from the start. Bought it brand new and it's falling apart fast from constantly blowing lights to blowing tires to fuses and sounds that should not be occurring i wish I never got this crap

ONLY 14500 MILES AND THE IGNITION WON'T TURN OVER AT TIMES, THE KEY GETS STUCK AND WON'T TURN OFF. LATELY THE CAR WON'T GO PAST 2 MILES AND HR UNTIL I PUT IN PARK AND REVE THE ENGINE FOR A FEW SECONDS. THE SEAT BELT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO BUCKLE. NO POWER. THE RIGHT SIDE HAS A HORRIBLE BLIND SPOT AND THE DESIGN OF THE BACK WINDOW, WITH THE WIDE SPACE BETWEEN THE UPPER WINDOW PART AND THE LOWER PART IS A BLIND SIDE AS WELL.. UNEASY CAR TO DRIVE.
Frustrated
I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Veloster new in Killeen Texas in early March, 2018. First, I got screwed on the price by the dealership, after they removed the sticker from the car before I test drove it. Then, after forcing them to redo all the paperwork, I find myself with 3,450 miles on the car and a dead battery, through no fault of my own! (Didn't leave the lights on, etc.) A jump start did not help; the battery would not hold a charge at all. So, being in a remote location at that point, and not wishing to have Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle 70 miles to the nearest Hyundai dealership (leaving me without a way to reclaim the car, because they didn't provide loaners or rentals), I was forced to pay for a new battery, because Hyundai claimed it was not covered by warranty!!! I traded the damned thing in on a 2005 Mustang - a must more reliable car!!!

Engine stalls. Then will not start back up for giving time. Transmission will not go into gear. Hyundai USA. knows of problems,but refuses to do the right thing......

Power window problems

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

Its lit fam

Had this car for a few weeks now. I'm 5'8" and I fit in the car nicely. Everyone says the NAVs are slow, but in my experience that's just not the case. Would recommend.

Not my favorite

I am short and the seat was the most uncomfortable seat in any car I have ever owned. Set way to close to the ground even when at the top setting. The engine also had issues with exhilaration during a rolling stop, or slowing down when someone in front of you makes a turn, when exhilarating to get back to speed the car would hesitate and not move for a few seconds. Never able to pull out when normally I would have felt comfortable.

dual clutch nightmare

I love the style but my 2013 & 2017 the dual clutch causes car to slip out of gear while driving . its been a nightmare

Crap Car

The dual clutch will get someone killed. It stalls out on an incline, the seatbelt adjustment (lack of) is a ridiculous joke. When you turn off the heat the blower keeps going. Ect. Etc.

Dangerous car

The steering wheel has no hole at the 6 o'clock position. Hands can't fit inside the 5 and 7 o'clock holes without triggering buttons. This wheels design is for controlling gadgets and steering second. Can't see out the back window. The front of center console let's anything in there fall out the side openings. Seat hurt back and feel like plastic and cardboard. Slow getting up to speed.
