We own a 2012 jeep patriot jeep. Loved the vehicle, thought we had a great jeep. For the past year we have spent 6000.00 in repairs and its been in the garage for the last 2 1/2 months. They can't find out whats wrong with it. The jeep goes find and then you can't move, no power. Put the gas to the floor and nothing , just idles. We've had the transmission replaced. They thought it was the cadilac converter but its not that. Now they are trying something else. No codes telling what it is. Check engine light is on. This wasn't a gradual thing it just happened all of a sudden. No one seems to know what it is. I can honestly say I will never buy a jeep ever again. We are paying for something that is stuck in the garage.

Really disappointed with the poor engineering of this car . Affordable can give you lots of headache down the road . Bought it brand new and a month later first heavy rain my trunk looked like a pool . After 5 attempts to fix and thousand times trying to get a solution with chrysler/jeep i gave up and contacted lemon law attorneys to finally get it done . Open your trunk door and look up top where the headliner light plug is and rear windshield hose is and you will understand . Water sits there going nowhere . This is happening since they changed the body . 2008 i guess? . Im sure a recall is going to happen sometime but hey dont wait for it . Sooner or later you will be another one with a mobile pool . Sorry to say that . Hope you enjoy your ride as much as you can before it disappoints you too .

Officially A Jeep QueenThis car met all of my needs and more. I love that it is AWD, which is super convenient in the winter. It has heated seats, which is a deal-breaker for me, and it is equipped with Bluetooth phone capability. On top of that, it has Sirus XM Radio, which I was given a free trial even buying pre-owned. The exterior styling is excellent, comes in multiple colors, I have a dark slate gray with a shiny finish, and it is super roomy. The mileage on it isn't the best, but if you need a reliable car to get you around through any weather. The Jeep Patriot is it.

Like my JeepLove my Jeep, takes a minute to pick up speed when taking off, and no backup assistance. But nice make and love the sunroof and look of it. My kids also love it.

Overall Great CarThe car is all around pretty fantastic - the only issue I ever really had with it was that it was a bit slow to accelerate onto the freeway and up hills. Overall though I have been really happy with it, it's comfortable and handles really well in all kinds of weather.
