The Good
The 2013 Sienna boasts renowned Toyota reliability, offering peace of mind. Its powerful V6 engine delivers adequate performance. Comfort is a highlight, with spacious seating and a smooth ride. While the design is typical minivan, it's functional. Good value for money and the available AWD appeals to both practical buyers seeking dependability and emotional buyers valuing safety and family comfort.
The Bad
The 2013 Sienna's weaknesses include its somewhat bland interior styling and potential for road noise. Some owners have reported issues with sliding door mechanisms. The fuel economy, while decent, isn't class-leading. Check for proper maintenance records, especially regarding oil changes, to avoid potential engine issues down the line. Ensure the power sliding doors function correctly.

How Does the 2013 Toyota Sienna Compare to Other Minivan?
Performance-wise, the Sienna's V6 engine provides adequate power, similar to the Odyssey. The Chrysler vans may offer slightly more powerful engine options in some trims. Feature content varies across models and trims. The Honda Odyssey often features more innovative features but the Siennaβs AWD capability is rare in the minivan segment.
Price-wise, the Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan are often more affordable, both new and used. However, the Sienna holds its value well due to its reputation. A similar alternative is the Honda Odyssey which boasts excellent reliability and features. If reliability is paramount and all-wheel drive is desired, the Sienna is an excellent choice. However, if budget is a primary concern, the Chrysler options might be worth considering, understanding the potential trade-offs in long-term reliability.

Comfort and value for our family of five.Replaced our previous Sienna with a lower mileage model. We like the body styling, spacious interior, and the option to seat eight with the removable second row center seat.

In love with the SiennaI upgraded to the 2013 Toyota Sienna and all I have is good complements. However, the only two things that I miss from my old 2006 Toyota Sienna is: in the arm door there was a storage. Also, on the passanger leg size, there was a hooker, which I used to put a bag for the trash. Two little things that might look dumb, but in my case I really miss these 2 little details from the 06 Sienna but overall I'm happy with the 2013 Sienna with 8 passanger. Looking to upgrade to the 2020 Sienna, since the 2021 I don't like that it's only come in hybrid.
