I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Rear air conditioner tubing rusted, but covered by warranty. 2nd set of tires and brakes. 21 mpg around town and 32 mpg on highway. We've hauled everything you can imagine and pulls our boat around on the weekends. Needless to say we are very happy with our Dodge Grand Caravan. We will buy another one.

Car stalls while driving with no signs it's hard to manuver the steering wheel and brakes lock it starts when I wants this is so unfair as I'm a single mom of six I'm almost done paying for it and now all this macanical issues arise

The best way to review a car is to ask previous owners. I've owned the 09 SXT full loaded for four years and the laundry list of repairs that inevitably accompanied it. Save your money and spend the little extra on another car. Or expect to spend it later down the line on this one, and trust me, you'll spend it before you can even trade it in.

Great fold down flat seats

I drove from Los Angeles to Florida 4 times with 145K on the clock, no issues gas not bad on eco on freeway, fold down seats are a dream when you purchase some furniture and the ability to go camping with the seats down was great. Kept a mattress in the back if on a long trip I wanted to take a nap at the rest stop. A vehicle i though I would never own turns out to be the most practical I ever owned.

Best Dodge Grand Caravan

This van is unsafe.

This van is unsafe.The bash lights go out at random times. The turn signals and the brake lights don't work, and the wipers won't turn off. Someone could run into us when the brake lights are out and injure anyone inside. I'm afraid to drive at night or on the highway.

Fix or repair often

It is roomie for a growing family. There are many nice features. There are way too many mechanical issues a recall should be issued to fix. Like when it just shuts off while driving. Feels unsafe a lot of the time. Doors have way too many issues. Back end leaks. Have overhauled the motor a few times and still keep having repairs. Great car but budget for the repairs.

It was okay

This car is a people mover. It has lots of room and the Stow and Go seating is very handy. I took lots of long trips in it and the roominess was good for traveling with kids. It was not all that reliable though and was requiring expensive repairs after only about 145,000 miles, so I traded it in.

Very good value for the money

Fits my brothers needs to a T. Good looking vehicle. Like the silver color and the black interior. Clean interior and engine compartment. Appears to have been detailed.

I purchased a used caravan v6 Dodge 2013 high mil

I purchased this through my bank loan last year and now my warranty expired Out of pocket repair cost transmission repair from a sensor reading 4 gear shift low drive. Very expensive replace or new one.
