What Problems Does the 2021 Porsche Cayenne Have?
Recalls for the 2021 model year are relatively limited, but it's important to check the NHTSA website for the latest information. Recalls can cover issues ranging from software glitches to potential mechanical failures.
Long-term reliability largely depends on maintenance. Neglecting scheduled servicing can lead to problems, particularly with the complex turbocharged engines and hybrid systems. Oil leaks, coolant leaks, and brake wear are typical maintenance items. The hybrid models can present additional long-term concerns regarding battery life and the electric motor's reliability, though Porsche's warranty typically covers these components for a significant period. Prior model years (specifically 2019 and 2020) have also reported coolant leaks and transfer case issues which might appear later in the 2021 models as they age.

Optional features include adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, surround-view camera, and night vision assist. The Burmester high-end surround sound system is a popular option for audiophiles.

While official NHTSA crash-test ratings for the 2021 Cayenne might not be available, the IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) typically awards the Cayenne with good ratings in various crashworthiness tests. Check both NHTSA and IIHS websites for the most up-to-date safety ratings. The vehicle also offers Porsche Connect services including remote services, car finder, and emergency assistance. Final Verdict: Is the 2021 Porsche Cayenne a Good Sport Utility Vehicle?

22 inch rims with P zero are not good for North ETraded in a Cayenne 2016 base for a 2021 Cayenne Coupe base. I can’t get accustomed to the car yet after 3 months. The car was equipped with 22 inch rims with Pirreli P Zero that are not meant for winter driving. The cost for a set of 20 with tires are going for $5500.00 at my local dealer. I think the car is not functioning properly with the summer tires in the winter. Let’s see how the car performs in the spring & summer. I plan to buy a new set of rims and tires for next winter

Beautiful and very fast!!!I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

The most exciting car we own. This car is not just fun to drive, it is SUPER fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, even the cruise control… man, I love this car. Sometimes I have to pinch myself just to make sure it’s not just a dream.

Fun to driveFor an SUV, car is very sporty and comfortable. Lots of safety features including the lane change assist feature. Great look with the 21" wheels and metallic color.
Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo Problems on March 2, 2021
overpriced and underperformsThe hefty pricetag of this car should mean that it performs at the highest levels you would expect from a Porsche. The Cayenne Coupe Turbo looks nice, but so far it has almost slid off the road twice as the back end swings out in normal maneuvering for a car equipped with PTV+, PDCC & Rear Axle Steering. I'll skip the interior flaws, which are numerous.
